NISCARE offers 2 type of membership:
All Nissan customers are automatically eligible as NISCARE Basic Card member FREE OF CHARGE for the membership fee. You may call NISCARE toll free number 1800-88-3838, our professional customer service officer will do arrangement when you required roadside assistance and shall be in a chargeable basis.
To enjoy more benefit, you may upgrade the Basic Card to Privilege Card at a nominal fee of RM25.
NISCARE Privilege is one of Nissan after sales support activities providing 24 hours vehicle breakdown /accident assistance and minor on-the-spot repair to all our Nissan vehicles. Our very own Call Centre manned by our customer service officer provides 24 hour emergency assistance efficiently.
Benefits of NISCARE Privilege
Members are able to enjoy FREE vehicle towing or minor on-the-spot repairs up to a limit of RM100 per tow or minor-on-the-spot repair, to maximum of 4 times within 12 months of membership validity period.
With the commitment of our service providers, to ensure your personal safety, your vehicle will be towed to the nearest TCEAS Service Centre or your house.
We also provide assistance on referral basis such as plumbing, air conditioning and locksmith services, flower deliveries and etc.
Private registered vehicle owner may subscribe by completing an application form and pay an annual membership fee at any of our TCEAS workshop throughout Malaysia.

Vehicle Breakdown / Accident Assistance
- NISCARE Privilege shall cover free vehicle breakdown towing or minor on-the-spot repair and this shall be limited to 4 towing or minor on-the-spot repair or any combination thereof within the 12 months membership validity period, subject to a maximum limit of RM100 per tow or minor on-the-spot repair. The member shall pay for any charges in excess of the RM100 limit mentioned above. The member shall pay the towing charges if vehicle is not towed to TCEAS Service Centre or his / her house.
- Accident towing charges will be borne by the insurance company up to a maximum of RM200 which a claim is being made.
- Charges for additional services offered by the Call Centre, if any, shall be borne by the member.
Home, Lifestyle and Concierge Assistance
These services shall be provided on a referral basis and in accordance with the requesting member’s instructions. The cost incurred for the provision of these services by TCEAS Appointed Contractors shall be borne by the member requesting for such services.
Membership coverage
- The said membership’s coverage shall be limited to the vehicle(s) you have registered under NISCARE Privilege/Basic with TCEAS.
- The said memberships are only applicable to PRIVATE registered motor vehicle.
- The said memberships shall take effect after the third working day from the date of official receipt. Membership is non-transferable and non-refundable.
- The said membership is on an annual basis. The expiry date of membership is 12 months and it shall be the date printed on the membership card.
Payment
Annual membership fees for:-
NISCARE Privilege for Nissan car is RM25
NISCARE Basic for Nissan car is Free of Charge.
A processing fee of RM10 will charged for every replacement card issued.
What to do in a breakdown / accident
When assistance is required during a breakdown or accident, members should:-
- Call our Call Centre using the toll free number 1-800-88-3838.
- Inform our operator your name, car registration number, car model, contact number, location and assistance required.
- The person seeking for assistance must be present at the location given.
Destination of Towing
There shall only be one towing or minor on-the-spot repair for each breakdown or accident. Member’s vehicle shall be towed to the nearest TCEAS Service Centre or his/her house. Failing which, member shall pay the charges.
Service Rates
Rates quoted in booklet are only applicable in Klang Valley and it is subjected to change without prior notice.
What is not covered?
The following items are not covered under the NISCARE Privilege:-
- Imported reconditioned vehicles / vehicles without road tax disc, engine and / or body parts / abandoned scraps / junks
- Cost of any spare parts, battery or petrol supplied.
- Cost of any work done in TCEAS workshops.
- Taxi fare, accommodation, telephone, toll charges and crane services.
- Cost of engaging a locksmith to unlock any door.
- Cost of any services or repairs for accident vehicle which is borne by the insurance company.
- Cost of any services rendered which is directly or indirectly related to Warranty claims.
- Vehicle accident or breakdown beyond gazetted roads and any area outside the Malaysian border.
- Cost of transfer and transport the goods loaded in the vehicle, if the arrangement has been made with NISCARE Call Centre.
- NISCARE Privilege will not responsible for any valuable item missing from the vehicle. The driver is advised to accompany the vehicle while it is being towed.
Membership renewal shall be done on yearly basis. Renewal reminders will be sent via SMS or email to members before membership expiry. Members need to complete the renewal application form and pay an annual fee of RM25 at any TCEAS Service Centre.
New membership card shall be issued with the new expiry date. Should there be a lapse period between the date of expiry and the renewal date, privilege card benefits shall not be accorded during this period.
Renewal Notice
Renewal notices will be sent to members before expiry date of the membership. If payment due is not received after expiry date, NISCARE Call Center will continue to render breakdown assistance and all services are chargeable.
Transfer of Membership
NISCARE membership is strictly non-transferable.
Cancellation
Membership fee shall not be refund upon cancellation of membership (regardless of reason).
Loss of Membership Card
Application for replacement of lost card can be made through all TCEAS service centres at RM 10 per card.
Cooling Off Period
New applications and renewal of expired membership is subjected to 3 days cooling off period. During the cooling off period the member shall be entitled to all benefits and privileges, except for towing and minor on-the-spot repair service.
Event beyond the Control of NISCARE Privilege/Basic Call Centre
In the event of any strike, fire, riot, acts of civil or military authorities, acts of God and / or any other circumstance (whether or not of a similar nature to the foregoing) over which NISCARE Privilege/Basic Call Centre has no control and which causes the cessation and / or interference with and / or delay in performance of providing the assistance, the duty of NISCARE Privilege/Basic Call Centre to perform the said services shall forthwith be suspended until such circumstances cease to exist.

These Terms and Conditions of the NISCARE Privilege/Basic constitute the entire agreement between TCEAS and each NISCARE Privilege/Basic member. In the event the member should rely solely on the information and/or application form in his/her decision making process in any manner whatsoever and for whatever purposes, whether related directly or indirectly or in consequence thereto, it shall be used at the member’s sole discretion and risk and TCEAS shall not in any manner whatsoever be held responsible for any losses, damage or expenses incurred due to any reasons whatsoever. All information printed is correct at the time of printing. Time whenever mentioned is of essence.
